Doula Support Services

Heidi offers emotional support, physical support, and evidence based information during the pregnancy to postpartum time. Heidi is a Certified Birth Doula by toLabor. Experienced in supporting water birth, cesarean birth, non-medicated, hospital, out-of-hospital, as well as medicated births. Heidi is also trained in Acupressure of Labor & Delivery, Spinning Babies Techniques, and Rebozo.

Heidi is also a DONA trained Postpartum Doula supporting families in their postpartum transition. During the fourth-trimester, Heidi offers clients individualized support. Every family’s needs are different and Heidi is open to supporting best evidence based practice without judgment.
